Our code of ethics for work with CA method.

  1. Products, outcomes and information resulting from the use of color word associations are to contribute to objectification, development and possible communicational correction of the measured human potential of the individual, social or working groups and entire organizations.
  2. Products, outcomes and information are offered to be used for good causes. We avoid extremist, political, religious, health-related, social, power-related or research-related purposes.
  3. Products, outcomes and information are not being abused and given to the media or being used for one-sided and misleading campaigns, lobbying or confusing individuals, social groups or the public as a whole.
  4. We do not alter, misinterpret or improperly disseminate information.
  5. Particular outcomes, measured data and acquired information are not provided to third parties without the knowledge and approval of the provider.
  6. Particular outcomes, measured data and acquired information are not abused to endanger and limit human rights or personal dignity, including hidden discrimination at workplace, segregation, bullying and similar practices toward individuals or social groups.
  7. Particular outcomes, measured data and acquired information are not abused such as to tarnish individuals´ reputations, or generate gossip and intrigue within the competitive environments.
  8. Particular outcomes, measured data and acquired information are always connected to a clearly identifiable individual, who is responsible for not allowing any of the previously mentioned scenarios to take place.
